1. Services Provided

My Sleep Renewed provides therapy and related health services by licensed professionals. Services may be provided in person, online (telehealth), or both, depending on availability and client eligibility.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and results cannot be guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian, to use our services. You must also be physically located in a U.S. state where our therapists are licensed at the time of service.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least [24/48] hours before your appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.

4. Fees & Payments

Fees for services will be clearly communicated before treatment begins.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

We may accept insurance, self-pay, or other payment methods as disclosed.

You are responsible for understanding your insurance benefits, copays, and deductibles.

5. No Emergency Services

Our services are not for emergencies.

If you are in crisis or immediate danger, call 911 or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) right away.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Client information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable U.S. laws.

7. Telehealth Services

If you participate in telehealth:

You understand there are risks related to technology and internet security.

You agree to participate from a private, safe location.

Telehealth services are provided only where legally permitted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, logos, and materials, is the property of My Sleep Renewed and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Sleep Renewed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or website.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to discontinue services if:

Payment obligations are not met

Therapy is no longer clinically appropriate

Ethical or legal requirements require termination

We will provide referrals when appropriate.
